Luxury Festival Campsite Decor and VIP Design Case Study | Latitude Festival 2025
Latitude Luxury were kind enough to ask us back for our now third year running, and we couldn’t have been happier to return to the site, bigger, better, and more ambitious than before.
Who is the Latitude Luxury Campsite for?
Latitude Luxury is a premium camping experience offered at Latitude Festival, an annual, family-friendly festival set in the heart of Suffolk.
Providing a huge variety of accommodation styles and levels of luxury, it appeals to families, couples, and groups of friends (typically in their 30s and 40s) who are looking for a more refined way to enjoy the festival.
Guests include both first-timers and seasoned festivalgoers, all expecting an elevated experience. From daily deliveries of The Times and Financial Times to chauffeur-driven golf buggy transfers to their tents, every detail is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a true sense of luxury in the festival setting. As if this wasn’t luxury enough, these areas include their own reception desks, restaurants, bars and more!
The Brief
With high standards set from previous years, the client’s goal was to create a continued, elevated and luxurious experience from the moment guests arrived.
Every space needed to feel intentional and Instagram-worthy, with nothing random or out of place. And the design idea? It had to be sophisticated, boho festival chic.

The Challenges
Large-scale festival installs always present logistical challenges, and Latitude Luxury was no exception.
The two main restaurant tents catered to more than 2,000 guests every morning, each requiring carefully considered layouts and varied seating options. As the structures differed, our installations had to be tailored to each, with the Bohemia tent featuring a large central bar to support continental breakfast service for the high guest numbers.
The client also owned a huge collection of decor, which needed to be integrated seamlessly with our own stock to achieve one unified look. Outdoors, we had to provide plentiful yet comfortable seating for long stays, while additional lighting solutions were required across all tents. Pamper tents (set within tipis) needed brightening and theming to align with the wider site design.
Finally, the festival entrance required a total transformation. What began as a plain white security tent had to become an eye-catching, luxury gateway that immediately set the tone for the experience ahead.
The Solutions
We approached the design holistically, ensuring every area flowed into the next while maintaining its own boho identity.
Entrance
We designed a bespoke welcome installation to create an instant photo opportunity. Using baskets and soft-toned florals carried throughout the site, we tied together new elements with the client’s existing stock, incorporating dried florals indoors to extend their use.
A dedicated team remained onsite throughout the festival to keep spaces fresh and functional.
Resetting cushions, charging lamps, refreshing chalkboards, and ensuring every detail stayed as polished as day one!
Maintenance
For the transition into the main festival, we shifted the atmosphere to party-ready, incorporating disco balls, chandeliers, and dynamic plinths, creating a VIP vibe while signalling the fun ahead.
Restaurants
Large-scale installations gave the dining spaces an immersive, curated feel. Lighting was designed into the builds, creating both atmosphere and practicality for early mornings and late nights.
Seating
We layered seating throughout the luxury campsite to reflect the guest journey. For example, inside, rustic trestles with benches and cross-back chairs set the tone. Moving outward, posers and stools flowed into reclaimed picnic tables with parasols, then relaxed sofa sets and client day beds. The bar featured reclaimed wooden round tables and metal bistro seating outside, while inside was styled with rattan lounges for a laid-back, social vibe.
Reception and Pamper Tents
Reception decor included a small seating area, lamps, and water jars to welcome guests with comfort from first contact. Pamper tents were brightened with styling accents to ensure the boho luxury theme carried through.

The Results
The outcome? In a word: epic.
The client was thrilled with the results, noting the cohesive yet elevated atmosphere across the site. The success of this project even led them to book extra upgrades for their remaining events of the summer!
Our ability to deliver at this scale comes not only from previous years’ experience at Latitude, but also from staying ahead of event design trends. The basket and dried floral themes were not only stylish but also aligned with what guests would see in luxury restaurants and boutiques outside the festival, ensuring the look felt both current and aspirational.
