Nikkita

The founder of Nikkita Palmer Designs and all round girl boss! The creative mind behind many of the creations and concepts, with a love and passion for all things vintage, restored and reclaimed!

Favourite prop: I find it really hard to part with any of our props, even when they’ve seen better days! I also wouldn’t add anything to the collection I didn’t love myself, however I do LOVE styling our vintage TVs, they’re a quirky addition to any event adding playfulness and retro vibes!

Favourite event type: You can’t beat the buzz of a festival field but I also love corporate events and the whole concept behind creating the space to tell a story.

Billy

Co-founder of Nikkita Palmer Designs and workshop chaos creator. Billy is a vital part of the workshop team, loves a cup of tea and always up for emptying the biscuit tin! You’ll always find Billy tinkering and fixing something! Billy and Colin are the perfect comedy duo.

Favourite prop: I love the branch throne chair but also the tables and benches as they’re the first hire item we made.

Favourite event type: I love festivals, the whole atmosphere and team spirit is unbeatable.

Jill

Jill is Nikkita’s mum and is crafting queen, she adds the finishing touches to event packages with handcrafted accessories and floral arrangements as well as helping to restore and upcycled furniture. Jill is head cook, always bringing the best lunches and sweet treats!

Favourite prop: I love the vintage velvet sofas and how ornate and beautiful they are.

Favourite event style: I really enjoy corporate events with all the individual personal touches, especially when styling with the vintage sofas.

Maddie

The original queen of Nikkita Palmer Designs, Maddie has been part of the team since day one whether in sawdust covered workshops or out at event sites, she always won over the customers with her gentle charm. Sadly Maddie is no longer with us but remembered and loved every day at Nikkita Palmer Designs HQ!

Favourite prop: Maddie loved cheekily lounging on the sofas, she also has several rugs named after her. She was the perfect prop model and is featured in many photos throughout our social media and website.

Whiskey

Whiskey, formally known as workshop foreman, makes sure everything is in line at the warehouse. He loves an office treat and will certainly be your friend at lunch time!

Regularly found laying at the door looking out over the yard overseeing security and logistics!

Favourite prop: The Whiskey green sofa of course!

Florence

The youngest member of the team but definitely the sassiest! In true Daschund style Florence likes to make sure she’s heard at all times. You’ll find her on her desk bed, trying to escape or head first in the toy box!

Favourite prop: Anything that’s chewable (a big fan of a bit of scrap wood from the workshop). Florence also likes the craft room (which is strictly out of bounds) and her handcrafted bespoke sofa steps & bed in the office!
